Ce manga raconte l'histoire de Karin, une jeune vampire anormale. Celle-ci ne suce pas le sang mais en produit et est obliger d'en injecter au humain afin d'éviter un saignement de nez inhumain. Elle peut aussi résister à l'ail, au soleil et à l'eau sans aucun problème, comme un simple humain.
Mais l'arriver du jeune Usui Kenta, nouvel élève, va perturber sa paisible vie ...
